Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel any time

You may cancel a NurtureARC subscription from Billing in Settings or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your workspace remains available through the end of the paid billing period unless access must be restricted for misuse or a payment dispute.

Refund review

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where law requires otherwise. If you believe a first charge was accidental, duplicated, or materially incorrect, contact Support within 14 days so the charge can be reviewed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Founding access

A founding rate applies only for the period and conditions shown at checkout. Cancelling a founding subscription may end eligibility for that rate if you later return.

Data after cancellation

Cancellation and data deletion are separate actions. Export important records before requesting deletion. Retention needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or backup integrity may continue for a limited period.
